Xiomara Ramos

Biography

Born in Puerto Rico and raised between Brazil and Puerto Rico, I developed a love for diverse cultures from an early age. I spent most of my early education in Puerto Rico before moving to Chicago as a teenager, where I completed high school and learned English at the age of 17.

My passion for hospitality started at just 16 when I took my first job in a hotel in Puerto Rico. Though I explored other opportunities, I was always drawn back to the industry, where I found my true calling. In 2012, I joined Raymond Management Company as a Guest Service Representative at the TownePlace Suites in Joliet, IL, and over the years I’ve had the opportunity to grow my career while working at several of our properties in the Chicago market.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, and our beloved pets, embracing every moment together.
