Jeff Miles

Biography

I started my career in hotels at the age of 19 as a bus boy at the Minneapolis Marriott Airport. Over the years I have worked in many operational positions with Marriott in Minneapolis, Chicago, and the Kansas City markets. In 2006 I took my 1st GM position at the Courtyard Overland Park, Kansas. I moved to the Kansas City Airport Courtyard in 2017, and to the Kansas City Airport Residence Inn in 2021. I am excited to now join Raymond Management as the GM of the Residence Inn Kansas City / Country Club Plaza.

I grew up an Army brat, and I consider Columbus, Georgia and the Twin Cities, Minnesota to be my hometowns. I have been married to my wife Sarah since 2003, and we have a daughter named Sophia. I have a BFA in Theatre from the University of Minnesota, and in my free time I love to spend hours in the kitchen trying new recipes and playing lead on my Curling team.
