Brittany Custer

Biography

I am originally from Appleton, WI, where I had the opportunity to work in the hotel industry for five years. I moved to Madison, WI, to earn my undergraduate degree in Psychology from UW-Madison. I began my HR career with Raymond Management Company in 2013 and later earned a Master’s in Organizational Development from Edgewood College. In 2021, I transitioned to a role as a Talent Development Consultant in the banking industry, where I worked for several years. In 2024, I returned to the RMC HR team and happily reconnected with my hospitality roots.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, and our lab-mix. I stay active with outdoor activities such as hiking, boating, skiing, and snow-shoeing. I also have a passion for traveling and exploring new places.
