Biography

My journey in Human Resources began over 15 years ago in Brodhead, WI, where I was born and raised. I have since honed my skills in the Manufacturing Industry and the Dental space, culminating in my most recent role as Vice President of Operations and Human Resources.

I galvanized cross-functional teams to streamline the organization's HR and Operations functions. My commitment is to lead with transparency, drive consensus, and foster an environment where the organization and its people prosper.

In my Personal life, I have a wonderful husband, three beautiful daughters, and many pets. In our spare time, you can find us traveling the Midwest to watch our girls compete in rodeos, volleyball, and hockey!
