Carolyn Little

Biography

I was born in Michigan and moved to Virginia when I was 11 years old. I started my hospitality career as a night auditor for a Hilton hotel in Virginia Beach. In 2011 I graduated from Norfolk State University with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management. After college I was working as a front office manager and was eager to gain revenue management experience. With having five siblings I started applying to positions in cities where my siblings lived and in 2014, I landed a job in Milwaukee, Wi as a revenue manager. Prior to joining RMC in 2020 as a revenue analyst I was a regional revenue manager for Hawkeye Hotels. I married my husband in 2018 and now it is safe to say I'm a Wisconsinite who is here to stay. We have one son and a dog. Outside of work I enjoy traveling, reading, cooking, and hiking.
