Jim Sele

Biography

I was born in Crookston, a small town in northwestern Minnesota. I had my first hospitality job there at a local hotel. I spent my childhood in Minnesota before attending college and graduate school at North Dakota State University in Fargo where I majored in history. During graduate school, I decided to change paths and pursue hospitality. Luckily for me, RMC purchased the hotel I was working at in 2010 and since then, I have had the chance to work in six different roles with four different brands at several properties in Moorhead, Rochester, Madison, and now in St. Paul. Outside of work I enjoy reading, choral music, karaoke, and travel.
