Shawn Milburn

Biography

I grew up in a small town called Custer Park, IL. I started working as a houseman for RMC in 2012 while I was still in high school. Before I graduated high school in 2015, I enlisted in the Illinois Army National Guard and went off to basic training at Fort Benning, GA that summer. I did my first deployment to Africa from 2020-2021. As I grew in the maintenance department of RMC’s Joliet area hotels, I became a Chief Engineer in 2022. Shortly after, I joined the development team here in Madison. I enjoy the outdoors, watching movies, a wide scope of music, and trying new foods.
